Related to supporting operations, the Research Coordinator II will also support training and onboarding of lab personnel in ensuring such compliance. They will also promote lab efficiency by supporting business management within the laboratory including ordering materials, and following-through with procedures required of the University to document and reconcile those transactions. They will also be integral for the direction of lab personnel to aid in experiments, including through training lab personnel in proper methods, equipment use, and the support of record keeping. |
