| The HPWT Custodial Worker II herein described provides cleaning services to university offices,
classrooms, restrooms, laboratories, and other facilities. Duties includes, but are not limited to sweeping, mopping, floor care, window and glass cleaning, and waste disposal. Assists skilled trade’s employees by performing tasks including, but not limited to, preparation of job site, changing belts, filters, lights, and ceiling tiles. Completes light plumbing work to include, but not limited to, opening clogged drains, repairing leaky fixtures, cleanup of water leaks and spills and changing light bulbs or fixing light fixtures. |
