| The Courier is responsible for the timely pickup, transportation, and delivery of medical specimens, laboratory supplies, and reports while providing exceptional customer service to clients. Serving as a trusted liaison between clients and PathLabs, the Courier ensures the secure and accurate handling of all materials in accordance with established procedures and regulatory requirements.
The Courier is responsible for maintaining assigned vehicle(s) in safe and proper working condition, ensuring compliance with all departmental maintenance, safety, and equipment requirements. This includes arranging for routine maintenance and repairs as needed, as well as coordinating vehicle coverage or backup transportation when necessary.
Additionally, the Courier maintains accurate daily records, including route logs, mileage, pickup and delivery locations, and start and end times, using departmental databases and route sheets. |
