| The Clinical Research Office (CRO) in the Office of Research Affairs (ORA), Dean’s Administration, College of Medicine-Jacksonville is looking for an experienced Clinical Research Coordinator to assist in coordinating, engaging in quality assurance reviews and regulatory functions for clinical research studies, both industry and grant funded. The CRC will work with patients and research staff in various clinics around the greater Jacksonville area within the UF enterprise among many therapeutic areas and conduct research visits as required by the research protocols.
The CRC provides advanced support for the conduct, oversight, and quality management of clinical research activities at UF in Jacksonville. This role focuses on quality assurance (QA) and continuous improvement across research operations, ensuring compliance with institutional policies, federal regulations, and Good Clinical Practice (GCP) standards. The CRC will serve as a subject matter expert in the use of OnCore Clinical Trial Management System (CTMS) and Veeva eRegulatory, supporting faculty investigators and study teams with study activation, regulatory compliance, and documentation management. The coordinator will also coordinate closely with the Institutional Review Board (IRB) to ensure the ethical and compliant conduct of human subjects research. |
