| This part-time OPS position supports the Outreach Engineering Management (OEM) Program in the Department of Industrial and Systems Engineering. The position requires outstanding customer service skills, a high level of professionalism, strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and effective verbal and written communication skills. This staff member primarily supports the Academic Assistant II and works under the direction of the Associate Director and Director. The position assists with student services, applications and admissions processing, program events, routine communications, limited fiscal documentation, and day-to-day administrative operations. Duties are performed under established procedures and supervision. The position is on-site and is expected to work approximately 20 hours per week. Occasional evening and weekend hours may be required to support class weekends and program events. |
