| The Research Coordinator I will be in the Office of Educational Research (OER), in the College of Education (COE) to coordinate research activities of select COE principal investigator (PI) faculty for the purpose of supporting the management of their sponsored programs. The Research Coordinator I will facilitate planning and implementation of the day-to-day operations of research programs, translate planning and design decisions into concrete activities and tasks, and set priorities for their implementation. The Research Coordinator I will ensure proper communication among internal and external stakeholders (e.g., funding agencies), staff, study sponsors, and investigators; coordinate assigned directives to accomplish project deliverables; and monitor project operations, timelines, and tasks to meet deadlines. The Research Coordinator I will engage with interdisciplinary teams in both academic and professional environments and will bridge OER pre- and post-award teams as needed to assist PIs in carrying out the programmatics aspects of their portfolio. Additionally, the Research Coordinator I will provide services to support OER operations and research productivity of COE PIs. |
