Oversee the performance of outside contractors for quality and workmanship, billing, and timeliness of work. Establish and reinforce safety guidelines. Perform administrative functions such as budgeting, purchasing, ensuring accuracy of work related and payroll records, employee performance evaluations, metric reporting, and other related duties.

Families join the program prenatally or soon after the birth of the baby and can last three to five years, depending upon the needs of the family.
