Advise regarding, perform, and support the maintenance, scheduling, creation, and distribution of media for a variety of venues and audiences, including (but not limited to) broadcast, online, face-to-face, and other deliverables. Prepares audio and visual equipment for incorporation in video conferencing sessions. Provide superior customer service to internal and external clients, customers, and patients. Troubleshoot processes (as needed). Advise faculty members and staff members in the appropriate use of audiovisual equipment. Demonstrate the operation of audiovisual equipment. Develop new techniques, systems, and procedures to enhance classroom teaching and lecturing.

The Department of Languages, Literatures and Cultures at the University of Florida (www.languages.ufl.edu), College of Liberal Arts and Sciences invites applications for the position of Visiting Assistant Professor in French and Medieval Studies to begin August 16, 2026. This is a one-year nine-month non-tenure accruing position with the possibility of renewal for one additional year. The successful candidate will be expected to contribute to a robust program in Foreign Languages and Literatures by performing the following duties: 1) Teach 2 courses per semester in French language, literature, and culture, including courses focused on the medieval period (some of which may be taught in English). 2) Participate in service, including advising students, contributing to departmental events, and collaborating with the Center for Medieval and Early Modern Studies. 3) Engage in professional development and scholarly activities. 4) Explore and implement innovative pedagogical techniques.

The Department of Pediatrics at the University of Florida is seeking a board-certified/eligible pediatrician at the Clinical Assistant/Associate/Professor level to pursue a non-tenure track career in the Division of General Pediatrics. This position will provide clinical services to patients seen in the General Pediatrics Primary Care clinics and Shands Teaching Hospitals, as well as teaching residents and students from the College of Medicine (e.g., medical students, physician assistant students). Primary responsibilities center on providing after-hours outpatient care in the Pediatrics After Hours clinic, with secondary support for Pediatric Primary Care in our ambulatory locations. To support after-hours services for pediatric patients, clinical responsibilities will primarily occur in the evenings (after 5:00 p.m.) and on weekends.
