The Department of Pharmacotherapy and Translational Research (PTR) invites applications for a full-time (1.0 FTE) 12-month faculty position as a Clinical Assistant/Associate/Full Professor (non-tenure-track) to serve as Director of the Infectious Disease Pharmacokinetics Laboratory (IDPL) at the University of Florida. The IDPL is a Clinical Laboratory Improvement Amendments (CLIA)-accredited, College of American Pathologist (CAP)-licensed, international reference clinical and research laboratory that provides therapeutic drug monitoring and clinical consults for serious infectious diseases, including tuberculosis, HIV, and fungal infections. The candidate should have experience working in a CLIA-certified, CAP-accredited laboratory focused on therapeutic drug monitoring, particularly related to the treatment of tuberculosis, HIV, and fungal infections. Additionally, candidates will have the opportunity to excel in teaching, scholarship, and clinical research. |
