The Immigration Specialist I gains and maintains knowledge of the federal regulations and University of Florida (UF) policies. The position serves as a Designated School Official (DSO), as well as a back-up for the data manager, who creates surveys/reports. The position assists with the international student portion of the online orientation for incoming students and may manage/co-manage the International Student Services (ISS) social media/marketing tools.
