| Reporting to the Director, Employee Accommodation Services (Director), the ADA Case Manager II provides compliance and analytical support for enterprise-wide ADA compliance programs and initiatives. The role assists with compliance reviews, evaluates basic compliance concerns, and supports the development and implementation of risk mitigation strategies within established guidelines. The position is responsible for managing and maintaining accurate compliance records, gathering and analyzing data, and preparing documentation for leadership review and approval. Working under supervision with some decision-making authority, the ADA Case Manager II performs assigned compliance functions in support of one or more programs. The role requires a high level of confidentiality, professionalism, attention to detail, and a working knowledge of applicable regulations. |
