This Adjunct Clinical Postdoctoral Associate appointment is a training position at the College of Medicine at the University of Florida.
Trainees will work collaboratively with the UF Health Center for Autism and Neurodevelopment (UF Health CAN) to expand the Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) services, with a particular focus on funded research[AC1] projects and clinical contracts. The associates may also engage in additional research and clinical initiatives aligned with the UF Health CAN mission. |

| The Accessibility Specialist increases accessibility for UF students with disabilities. With a clear and thorough understanding of Section 504 of the Rehabilitation Act of 1973 and the Americans with Disabilities Act Amendments Act (ADAAA), the Fair Housing Act, and University policies, the Accessibility Specialist works directly with disabled students to assess barriers to access, challenges, and successes, to determine reasonable accommodations. The Accessibility Specialist engages in an interactive process with DRC students and reviews medical/psychological documentation to demonstrate support of accommodations. The Accessibility Specialist communicates with campus partners to ensure academic accommodations are provided. | The faculty member in this position will develop active, successful, nationally recognized research and teaching programs in remote sensing technologies and techniques to detect, describe, predict threats impacting our agricultural and natural systems and evaluate mitigation strategies. The successful candidate will develop theoretical/foundational algorithms in remote sensing and/or sensor development (hardware) utilizing a variety of sensors such as fluorescence, hyperspectral and multispectral optical sensing, LiDAR, and/or Global Navigation Satellite System (GNSS). The applications may include but not limited to satellite-based spatio-temporal remote sensing in soil and plant nutrients/organic matter, ecosystem health (such as agriculture, rangelands, and forests), natural hazards, land use/cover changes (e.g. soil degradation); and/or water quality for health and societal well-being. |
