| The Department of Pediatrics at the University of Florida College of Medicine-Jacksonville is seeking a full-time physician BE/BC in Pediatrics or in Medicine-Pediatrics to care for youth and young adults with special health care needs and to prepare them for transitioning to adult-based care. This physician will join our UF Health Multispecialty practice at the Bower Lyman Center, a collaboration with Wolfson Children’s Hospital, which is an innovative, interdisciplinary primary care practice that provides comprehensive care for over 2000 infants, children, teens, and young adults who have special health care needs and may live with disabilities. The Center also offers embedded mental health and inpatient palliative care services as integral components of a comprehensive system of care. |
