The person in this position will assist investigators and study teams with navigating the research and recruitment environment and provide recruitment-related support as they develop protocols and interface with the required UF regulatory departments. The person in this position must have the ability to understand
Federal, NIH, and CMS regulations to maintain protocol compliance. Promoting research participation in the community and CTSI services across the university and interfacing with other members of the NIH's national CTSA Recruitment Consortium will also be required. Individuals with experience tracking recruitment metrics (consults, participant enrollment) for reporting and managing research projects are encouraged to apply. |
