The IT Generalist II provides IT support for the College of Nursing. Responsibilities will include assisting the IT Director with all Risk Assessments, inventory, simulation and examination support, PC and Mac support for faculty, staff and best effort for all students. They will be responsible for supporting our Nurse managed clinic in Archer FL and be responsible for EPIC support. In addition must have knowledge of basic networking troubleshooting for CISCO switches and wireless access points. Incumbent must be able to provide transportation to travel to our Jacksonville campus and events hosted by the college on and off campus. The incumbent is responsible for all onboarding and offboarding requests from Nursing HR. These tasks include Active Directory, email configuration, knowledge of Group Policy. They will be responsible for Lenel access, listserv management, supporting all UF managed software and other software/cloud solutions necessary for research.
SHCC Core Lab Supervisor 29082100 - MD-PATH-STUDENT HEALTH Main Campus (Gainesville, FL)
UF Health Pathology Laboratories (UFHPL) Student Health Care Center Core Laboratory Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing and performing specialized testing in the areas of point-of-care, chemistry, immunology, urinalysis, hematology, and coagulation in a CAP accredited laboratory system. This position is responsible for the performance, quality, and accuracy of the results reported; maintenance of instrumentation, including scheduled, preventive, and troubleshooting, as needed; preparation of standards, calibrators, and reagents; and adherence to the laboratory's quality management program, including quality assurance activities and coordination for multiple sites. This position will assume administrative duties in supervising operations and personnel at multiple sites, including the UFHPL Student Health Care Center Core Laboratory, including blood draw, and Point-of-Care testing sites. This position will also contribute to test performance, quality improvement projects, and strategy and laboratory expansion of the UFHPL Core Laboratory.

This position is located in Sterilization, College of Dentistry and has the responsibility for cleaning dental instruments and the preparation of them for sterilization. The incumbent operates and maintains a variety of sterilization equipment.

This position is in-person and on campus in the Herbert Wertheim College of Engineering (HWCOE) and is assigned to the Office of Undergraduate Student Affairs. The primary responsibility of this position is to provide developmental academic advising to first-year engineering students as part of a team of other engineering advisors. The position involves responsibilities related to the primary advising role, including collaboration with departmental advising faculty and staff; collaboration with staff involved in HWCOE first-year programs and the probation process; active engagement with students and families; assessment, data analysis and reporting; undergraduate recruitment; and active participation in the Engineering Undergraduate Advising Council (EUAC) and University of Florida Undergraduate Advising Council.
