This Data Management Analyst III position is housed in the Department of Pharmaceutical Outcomes and Policy (POP), located in the College of Pharmacy. The position is shared between two research groups, including ongoing projects under Dr. Zhiqiu (Sophie) Ye and under the Center for Drug Evaluation and Safety (CoDES) at the University of Florida. The position under CoDES supports ongoing research within the Center for Drug Evaluation and Safety, which encompasses faculty from several departments and colleges. Tasks involve user support including data curation, linkages, cohort and measure discovery and other data management tasks, and data analyses to answer specific research questions. The types of analyses typically employed range from simple descriptive to complex time-series, multi-level hierarchical, and multiple imputation models using clinical, survey, and claims data. The Program Coordinator, Student Affairs position will support the design, development, and delivery of signature event programs for all Warrington MBA students. These programs compliment academic learning and career search by providing Warrington MBA students with valuable skills, experiences, and tools necessary to be effective business leaders in their current or future organizations. Reporting to the Assistant Director of Student Experience for Signature Event, she/he will be primarily responsible for planning, organizing, and coordinating key logistical components and features for each program. Responsible for performing the administrative and functional activities associated with the University of Florida Police Department Records Section. Examples of work performed include coordinating the processing and maintenance of all police generated reports and criminal history records; coordinating the Federal Bureau Investigation and Florida Department of Law Enforcement Uniform Crime Reporting/NIBRS process; compiling Use of Force data for State and Federal Reporting; compiling statistics for compliance with the Jeanne Clery Disclosure of Campus Security Policy and Crime Statistics Act; compiling reports and other information to assist with Public Record Request; training associated personnel as to duties and responsibilities; and making recommendations to senior management regarding issues affecting functional and operational efficiency of the unit.
