Programming in R and/or Python is expected as a tool to support reproducible statistical analysis, but this is not a software-development-only or machine-learning-only position. The successful candidate must be comfortable working directly with researchers to understand scientific questions, recommend appropriate statistical methods, explain analytical approaches, and communicate results clearly to non-statistical audiences. |
