The Scene Shop Manager ensures the efficient operation of scenic production work, overseeing the installation and strike of scenery, maintaining shop tools and equipment, and managing production schedules. The scenic area supports three to five productions per semester (fall and spring), as well as one to two summer productions. Scenic production activities take place in the school’s proscenium theatre, black box theatre, a versatile dance studio that also serves as a performance space, and the scenic shop. This position reports to the Technical Director. |
