This is achieved through an educational and restorative lens that encourages civility, upholds the integrity of institutionally awarded degrees, and helps promote the safety of the University Community.
In collaboration with Housing & Residence Life, this position reporting to Student Conduct and Conflict Resolution (SCCR) in the Dean of Students Office advances accountability, development, and support through educational and restorative approaches to violations of University of Florida regulations and the Housing Community Standards. Responsibilities include leading resolution processes, serving as a charging agent, facilitating information meetings, conducting hearings, and coordinating restorative practices. With a focus on Housing & Residence Life, this position also ensures Housing team members are trained and execute applicable policies and procedures. |
