| The Herbert Wertheim College of Engineering (HWCOE) is seeking a motivated, detail-oriented, and service-focused Human Resources Generalist I to join our Engineering Business Services (EBS) Human Resources team. In this role, you'll be an integral part of a collaborative HR team supporting one of the nation's premier engineering colleges. You'll work closely with faculty, staff, students, and University partners to coordinate personnel and payroll transactions, assist with hiring and onboarding, support payroll and time administration, and help ensure an outstanding employee experience. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys organization, problem-solving, and working with people while learning the many facets of higher education human resources.
This is an on campus and in person position, remote/hybrid work is not available. |

| The Accountant II position supports the financial and operational functions of Study Abroad Services (SAS). This role is responsible for student billing, accounts receivable adjustments in PeopleSoft, and invoicing Florida Prepaid. The position assists with program reconciliations, manages CISI student enrollment and International Travel Registration, and provides backup support for key accounting functions. Working collaboratively with SAS staff, university partners, and campus offices—including the Bursar, Financial Aid, and Health Compliance—this position helps ensure accurate financial processing and exceptional support for study abroad programs.
