| As an Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN), this position is responsible for providing developmental assessments and follow up with patients within a multidisciplinary clinic. The APRN will work within established protocol/scope of practice
established mutually with the licensed medical professionals, and will participate in the
clinical care of patients under the general supervision of the physician. This position is
also responsible for the care coordination of pediatric, adolescent and adult patients in
our multi-disciplinary outpatient clinic. Participates as needed in developing,
communicating and monitoring developmental outcomes; Serves as a coach/technical
liaison with the team. Conducts developmental evaluations across all domains;
Interprets evaluation and assessment results and maintains appropriate records;
Provides trainings to staff, school personnel, therapists and professional organizations
as needed. |
