Date of Expected Hire: July 1, 2025 Salary: $66,000-70,000 annual salary with a comprehensive and highly competitive leave and benefits package The Center for Arts in Medicine in the College of the Arts seeks a lecturer to teach graduate and undergraduate courses in arts in health, maintain a research and/or creative activity profile, and participate in shared governance and service to the Center, College, and University. The successful candidate will have demonstrated expertise in arts in health and/or arts in public health (i.e. practice, administration, research, education, etc.). Additional focus areas could include medical and health humanities; arts, health, and AI; or related fields. Education/Training Spec III 12020000 - GR-GRAD SUPPORT AND ENGAGE Main Campus (Gainesville, FL)
The Education/Training Specialist III will work in Graduate Student Success in the Graduate School. This position will spearhead and assist with the design, implementation, assessment, and administrative services in support of existing and future retention, professional development, and student engagement training programs to enhance the graduate education community. This may include design and implementation of web pages, educational content for synchronous and asynchronous delivery, and event logistics. This position will be responsible for engaging in regular communication with graduate students, faculty, and staff about retention efforts, professional development activities and resources, that will enhance the graduate student experience and the larger graduate education community. This position will also engage with various campus partners, such as Career Connection Center, Center for Teaching Excellence, Offices of Student Life, Dean of Students, etc. Other responsibilities may include participating in recruitment activities, and any other initiatives in the Graduate Student Success and the larger Graduate School as needed. This position works collaboratively with all units within the Graduate School.

The College of Liberal Arts and Sciences at UF seeks a highly organized and detail-oriented Assistant Director of Operations & Engagement to support the CLAS Office of Advancement. This position is a key team member who manages and coordinates fundraising initiatives and special projects under the direction of the Executive Director of Advancement and reports to the Senior Director of Strategic Engagement. The Assistant Director of Operations & Engagement requires strategic skills to help create and implement fundraising initiatives with the highest level of customer service expertise.
