The Administrative Specialist II serves as the subject matter expert for purchasing and procurement, vendor relations, travel, and financial activities. It is expected that the individual will become well versed in internal systems such as UFGO, myUF Marketplace, Enterprise Analytics, as well as related functions in myUFL. This position also plays a pivotal role in key functions of the department overseeing university and department processes, including Faculty Assignment Reports, Effort, Space Allocation, Assets, Annual Inventory, and Motor Pool while also acting as a liaison to the DMD Extramural Rotations Program.
