| The College of Liberal Arts and Sciences at UF seeks a highly organized and detail-oriented Assistant Director of Operations & Engagement to support the CLAS Office of Advancement. This position is a key team member who manages and coordinates fundraising initiatives and special projects under the direction of the Executive Director of Advancement and reports to the Senior Director of Strategic Engagement.
The Assistant Director of Operations & Engagement requires strategic skills to help create and implement fundraising initiatives with the highest level of customer service expertise. The incumbent will assist the CLAS Advancement team, ensuring conformity with the central fundraising efforts and UF’s overall development and alumni goals of promoting a culture of philanthropy by broadening constituents’ understanding of the value of giving. The incumbent will work independently, using sound judgment, discretion, and decision-making. |
