| The Department of Epidemiology (http://epidemiology.phhp.ufl.edu/) is strategically situated within the College of Public Health and Health Professions (PHHP) and the College of Medicine. | The Florida Museum is hiring an Operations Manager for the Randell Research Center (RRC), located on Pine Island in Lee County, FL. The Operations Manager serves in a broad, supervisory capacity for an approximate 70-acre archaeological site (the Pineland Archaeological Complex), park, and ecological preserve that is also a public education and research facility. The RRC is part of the Florida Museum of Natural History (FLMNH) at the University of Florida. The FLMNH serves as the State of Florida’s official Museum of Natural History and the Randell Research Center is an important extension of the Museum’s activities in southwest Florida. |

| This role shall be responsible for assisting in planning and implementing non-classroom events, conferences, programming, and other activities at Levin College of Law. This will include events and activities planned by the College, faculty members, staff, student organizations, and external groups. Specific duties include, but are not limited to, oversight and assistance within the EMS space reservation system; aide in compiling and distributing of weekly event calendars and meetings, ensuring compliance with the annual master calendar; coordinating and communicating policies and procedures for planning events and utilizing space at Levin College of Law; coordinating the logistics of events to include day of logistics such as room set up and breakdown as well as catering pickups/deliveries and placements of these items; and tracking and communicating special guests and VIP visitors on campus to internal stakeholders. |
