| This position serves as the Associate Director of the Outreach Engineering Management (OEM) Program, an interdisciplinary, self funded graduate program housed in the Department of Industrial and Systems Engineering. The Associate Director works closely with the Director to advance the program’s strategic growth, marketing, recruitment, and academic operations; provides leadership and mentoring for staff supporting OEM activities; and ensures high quality services for students, alumni, and corporate partners. The role requires unsupervised initiative, independent decision making, and the ability to plan and execute marketing, student services, fiscal, and program management activities in support of the Director’s vision.
The OEM Program is an off book master’s degree program serving experienced working professionals throughout the state of Florida, with classes meeting one weekend per month held at the Lake Nona UF Facility, Selected incumbent may be in the Central and South Florida areas due to frequent travel in and around the area. |
