The Department of Pharmacy Education and Practice (PEP) invites applications for a full-time, 12-month, non-tenure track position at the rank of Clinical Assistant or Associate Professor. This is an exciting opportunity to join the PEP faculty at the Jacksonville campus of the University of Florida College of Pharmacy (UFCOP). The ideal candidate will contribute to the teaching, patient care, research, and service missions of the College. Responsibilities will include 1) didactic, clinical skills, and experiential teaching in the PharmD program focusing on acute care pharmacy practice; 2) maintaining a high-quality clinical pharmacy practice focused within inpatient internal medicine; 3) providing service to the College of Pharmacy, Hospital, the pharmacy profession; and, 4) conducting scholarly works. The faculty member will maintain an active clinical practice/teaching site. The UFCOP Jacksonville facilities are located on the campus the UF Health Jacksonville Medical Center (http://ufhealthjax.org/). The clinical practice will be established at UF Health Jacksonville, with this position contributing 20% effort to patient care. Faculty in this position reports to the Chair of the Department of Pharmacy Education and Practice.

The Administrative Assistant II position supports the Florida Museum Director’s Executive Committee by coordinating travel, scheduling meetings, submitting reimbursement requests, and assisting with general Director’s Office communications and office logistics. Reporting directly to the Assistant to the Director, this role provides essential operational support to the Director’s Office and Executive Committee. This position helps coordinate and facilitate meeting and appointment scheduling, travel logistics, select events supported by the Director’s Office, and timely communication among all members of the Executive Committee. In addition, this position serves as a key point of continuity across the museum’s senior leadership and represents the Director’s Office with professionalism, initiative, discretion, and strong organizational and communication skills. Additional duties and special projects may be assigned at the discretion of the Assistant to the Director and Executive Committee members as priorities evolve.
