| The Department of Psychiatry is recruiting two (2) Adjunct Clinical Postdoctoral Associates (1.0 FTE each).
This Adjunct Clinical Postdoctoral Associate appointment is a training position at the College of Medicine at the University of Florida.
Trainees will work collaboratively with the UF Health Center for Autism and Neurodevelopment (UF Health CAN) to expand the Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) services, with a particular focus on funded research[AC1] projects and clinical contracts. The associates may also engage in additional research and clinical initiatives aligned with the UF Health CAN mission. |

A significant component of the HRPP is the Institutional Review Boards (IRBs), a group of scientists and others who review human subjects research at UF under federal regulations, state laws, and local policies intended to safeguard the rights and welfare of research participants. This position is responsible for working with the Director of Research Operations and Services to oversee IRB administration, facilitate the use of IRBs, and collaborate with various stakeholders at and outside of UF to ensure regulatory compliance and subject protection. |

Position also encompasses an educational component involving the training and education of UF Advancement’s evolving technology systems, which includes developing and leading educational workshops/lectures/sessions, training/educational opportunities, and preparing/disseminating educational documentation/manuals. This position will also work with individual users and design, code and test reports, and determine specific reporting requirements.
