| The Associate Director, Admin Services utilizes a broad range of business skills and exercises considerable judgment and initiative. The incumbent reports to the Associate Vice President, Finance & Administration (AVP). This position prepares, manages, monitors and reports on the $100M Office of Health Affairs budget across multiple funds and provides analysis and interpretation of financial information for planning and control purposes. Incumbent also manages commitment and other funds in excess of $5M (outside of operating budget). The incumbent serves as the primary fiscal and human resources subject matter expert to other units in Health Affairs, providing expertise, guidance, training, and resolving issues. The incumbent leads the fiscal and HR staff within the Office of Health Affairs, both directly and indirectly. He/She works directly with leaders across the UF Health academic health center.
Position will play a key role for the EVPHA Office with the upcoming new ERP (Workday) implementation. |
