The successful candidate will supervise two video producers, oversee video production projects, and lead efforts to grow and strengthen the organization's YouTube presence while supporting broader digital content initiatives. The ideal candidate is passionate about YouTube, understands how audiences discover and engage with video content, and is excited by the opportunity to transform a channel with significant growth potential. They will use video marketing principles, audience insights, analytics, and key performance indicators (KPIs) to guide content strategy, measure success, and drive continuous improvement while also contributing as a hands-on content creator when needed.
