The engineer will design and implement robust ETL (extract, transform, load) workflows to harmonize diverse datasets—spanning multiple spatial and temporal scales—into a unified cloud-based data architecture. A critical aspect of this role is ensuring the seamless integration of large-scale spatial datasets and analytical pipelines within UF’s high-performance computing environment, HiPerGator, which underpins the scalability and computational performance of the entire FLDT system. |
