| The Collections & Metadata Specialist is responsible for maintaining the physical and descriptive integrity of the library’s general collections to support teaching, learning, and research, in alignment with the university’s mission and strategic plan.
This position ensures that the library’s general collections are properly arranged, stored, and preserved so they remain accessible to patrons. Tasks include processing new acquisitions, overseeing shelving, supervising staff, and maintaining accurate bibliographic records to enhance discoverability and support the library’s collections. |

| Under the direction of the Manager, Maintenance Services and the Supervisor, Maintenance Services for Department of Facilities Services (DFS) and in collaboration with your colleagues, respond to work order requests and supervisors' directions to perform installation, repair, replacement, troubleshooting, and maintenance of electrical systems, components, and fixtures throughout campus. Collaborate with DFS and other University departments to initiate and deliver high-quality projects on budget and in a timely manner. |

| The Payson Library Public Services Evening Supervisor oversees evening library operations, supervises evening student employees, and closes the library. Additionally, the evening supervisor provides excellent customer service, processes interlibrary loans, and obtains faculty-requested electronic reserves. In alignment with the University’s mission and strategic plan, the person in this position works cooperatively with other departments in the library to support the learning, research, and teaching needs of the Pepperdine community. |
