The Student Accounts Advisor treats students and parents with courtesy and respect, always striving to provide the best customer service possible by offering accurate information. When necessary, the Student Accounts Advisor connects the student or parent with the appropriate person or department. Admissions and Enrollment Specialist West LA Campus
This role is responsible for managing work flow to meet deadlines as well as maintaining and updating business processes. Ensures the University stays up to date in the knowledge and use of multiple data systems, including but not limited to People Soft, SalesForce, data imaging systems, and the online application system. Responsible for collecting and tracking admissions files. Creates and coordinates communication amongst students regarding admission status. Responsible for communications to US-based applicants & international prospects and students in addition to data entry and collection. Performs process audits on student enrollment processes to ensure matriculation. This role will report to the Manager of Enrollment Processing and will provide backup to the education and psychology enrollment services needs, including communicating with prospects, emailing, updating scholarship information, as well as reviewing data and achieving target enrollment goals. This position is primarily responsible for the more technical aspects of the processing role. It is vital that the person in this role be detail oriented and be able to balance their daily tasks while also seeking to improve our processes.

Jumpstart Site Manager Malibu Campus

The Jumpstart Site Manager is an exempt 11-month position reporting to the Associate Director of Student Employment. The Jumpstart Site Manager will oversee the daily operations and implementation of the Jumpstart program. This includes planning and conducting initial and ongoing training for Team Leaders and Corps members in collaboration with Team Leaders, as well as attending and observing Jumpstart sessions monthly to foster a culture of excellence among Corps members. The Site Manager will coordinate and communicate the responsibilities to corps members, provide performance reviews for students each December and April, meet weekly with Team Leaders, and maintain detailed and accurate records. The position is the Integrated Marketing Communications account executive for Caruso School of Law and is responsible for most day-to-day and long range marketing, communications, and brand management needs for five centers and institutes, including the nation-leading Straus Institute for Dispute Resolution. The position, working closely with all IMC teams, provides strategic communication advice and counsel to the School of Law dean, administration, and alumni and advancement teams. The Director is the strategic lead for marketing efforts, the advertising budget, both print and digital, and is the liaison between the Law School and paid media suppliers.
