The Admission Counselor assists in all aspects of recruitment/admissions for the College of Health Science (CHS) academic programs. This includes prospect outreach, application gathering, coaching and review, conducting information sessions, representing CHS at college fairs, conferences, campus programs, or any virtual recruiting events. The Admissions counselor will use Slate and SalesForce to manage and track admissions data. It will also include recruitment efforts focused on transfer students and related matters.

Librarian for Electronic Resources Malibu Campus
The Librarian for Electronic Resources manages the acquisition, access, and renewal of electronic resources, ensuring seamless and reliable access for all users. This role involves analyzing usage data to inform collection development, negotiating license agreements, and maintaining accurate metadata to ensure that Pepperdine Libraries’ resources meet the ever-changing needs of the university’s academic community. Pepperdine Libraries’ collections currently include more than 370,000 print volumes, 500,000 ebooks, 65,000 electronic serials, and 130 databases. Maintenance Technician Malibu Campus
Under direction of the Manager of Real Estate Operations (REO), and in collaboration with the Director of Real Estate Operations, perform various skilled and semi-skilled tasks in the maintenance of residences and buildings throughout on- and off-campus residential facilities during the day shift during days of the week from 8:00 am to 5:00pm. Shall perform work at a skilled level in several trades including carpentry, painting, plumbing, minor electrical, and mechanical, and do related work as required.
