| The Natural Science Division of the Seaver College of Letters, Arts, and Sciences at Pepperdine University invites applications for a tenure-track faculty position in Biology to begin August 1, 2027. Applicants will have completed a Ph.D. by August 1, 2027, in cell/molecular biology, genetics, microbiology, or a closely related discipline and will be able to teach and conduct research in those areas. Well-qualified candidates will be able to contribute to the excellence and vibrancy of the Pepperdine experience through their teaching, research, mentoring of undergraduates, as well as their service to the university, their profession, and our surrounding community. Candidates should have the background and ability to teach cell and molecular biology, genetics, and microbiology with an associated laboratory curriculum. | The Director of Digital Strategy & Broadcast Operations is a senior leader within Pepperdine Athletics, responsible for setting the vision and execution of all digital, video, and broadcast initiatives. Reporting to the Assistant Athletic Director for Marketing and Communications, the Director will oversee the production, distribution, and monetization of Pepperdine Athletics’ live events, original content, and emerging digital platforms. This position plays a critical role in shaping the Pepperdine Athletics brand, expanding audience reach, enhancing fan engagement, and maximizing exposure for Pepperdine’s 17 NCAA Division I programs.
The Director will manage all broadcast operations, lead a team of staff and student workers, serve as the department’s primary liaison to external broadcast partners, and integrate content strategies across social, digital, and in-venue platforms. This position requires strategic leadership, independent judgment, and innovative thinking to elevate Pepperdine Athletics to industry-leading standards. |

| The Pepperdine Caruso School of Law’s Straus Institute for Dispute Resolution and Graduate Law Programs seeks a student-focused, team-centered professional to serve as Assistant Director of Student Success. Operating as the primary point of contact for student advising, this role delivers data-driven academic guidance to both online and on-ground students pursuing a degree or certificate.
The ideal candidate is a dynamic individual who can inspire a diverse student body—including mid-career professionals and international students—as they navigate academic requirements and professional goals. This role provides strategic, one-on-one coaching to help maximize the student experience and satisfaction. Due to the global nature of the student body, this position requires scheduling flexibility to accommodate students operating across various time zones. Additionally, this role participates in the logistics, planning, and execution of New Student Orientation, registration, and graduation processes.
This position will work closely with several Directors in the office and will report to the Judge Danny Weinstein Managing Director of the Straus Institute for Dispute Resolution. |
