The Director of Information Security oversees the promotion of digital security across the University. This includes enabling our community to take proactive security measures, monitoring and assessing the environment, and managing security efforts in both academic and administrative areas. The role involves drafting, consulting on, and recommending information security policies in collaboration with key executives, management, and policy committees. We also partner with University stakeholders to identify and mitigate security risks through effective programs and procedures. The office leads the adoption of tools, procedures, and standards to proactively protect the institution's network, systems, services, and data. |

The Graphic Designer plays a vital role in leading the creative communications process for Pepperdine University and its five schools. As part of University Marketing and Communications at Pepperdine, this position is responsible for many of the University's high profile communications pieces and serves a key communication liaison for the team. Under the supervision of the Assistant Director of Creative, the Graphic Designer will assist the assistant director and other IMC staff in designing major communications pieces that reach Pepperdine’s largest, external audiences. The Graphic Designer has the tools to create, integrate, analyze, synthesize and visualize vast amounts of information. Collaborates with production artists, photographers, illustrators, prepress technicians, printers, developers, and anyone else who is involved in the development of a project. |

Librarian for Electronic Resources

The Librarian for Electronic Resources manages the acquisition, access, and renewal of electronic resources, ensuring seamless and reliable access for all users. This role involves analyzing usage data to inform collection development, negotiating license agreements, and maintaining accurate metadata to ensure that Pepperdine Libraries’ resources meet the ever-changing needs of the university’s academic community. Pepperdine Libraries’ collections currently include more than 370,000 print volumes, 500,000 ebooks, 65,000 electronic serials, and 130 databases. This position, which enjoys faculty status, supports the University's mission of promoting academic excellence and Christian values. |

The Counseling Center at Pepperdine University promotes mental health on the Pepperdine campus through direct intervention, outreach/prevention programming, consultation, and training. The Pepperdine University Department of Athletics is committed to Christian values, to the academic well-being of student athletes, and to competing for championships. The sport psychologist will provide services for Counseling Center clients and coordinate services for our student-athletes, including counseling, outreach, and consultation. As part of their responsibilities, they will provide clinical supervision for a fellow in the Counseling Center's Post-Doctoral fellowship program. As a staff member in Student Affairs who works closely with students, this person serves as a Christian role model to students.
