The email marketing manager leads the enterprise management of key communications initiatives including email marketing, internal communications, and marketing automation. The email marketing manager is also responsible for the development and execution of email marketing campaigns and event promotions with duties including system administration, user training, email optimization, and campaign reporting. This position reports to the Senior CRM/Marketing Automation Manager.
Integrated Marketing Communications is directly tasked with supporting the University's mission and strategic plan by building brand equity, elevating the University's national reputation, providing strong and consistent institutional message leadership, and implementing effective integrated marketing and communication strategies.The email marketing manager fulfills a central role in helping the department accomplish its goals. |

Reference Librarian

The Reference Librarian will primarily perform professional work providing reference and research services to faculty and students. This position will also participate in teaching activities, the faculty liaison program, collection development efforts, and will assist the Director with invoicing and payments.

Librarian for Electronic Resources

The Librarian for Electronic Resources manages the acquisition, access, and renewal of electronic resources, ensuring seamless and reliable access for all users. This role involves analyzing usage data to inform collection development, negotiating license agreements, and maintaining accurate metadata to ensure that Pepperdine Libraries’ resources meet the ever-changing needs of the university’s academic community. Pepperdine Libraries’ collections currently include more than 370,000 print volumes, 500,000 ebooks, 65,000 electronic serials, and 130 databases. This position, which enjoys faculty status, supports the University's mission of promoting academic excellence and Christian values. |
Supervisor, Custodial Services

Under the direction of the Manager of Custodial Services in the Department of Facilities Services (DFS), supervises all aspects of the Custodial Services division to ensure an efficiently functioning, safe, and clean environment in which the University can live, learn, and work. Supervises Custodial Services personnel and oversees relevant cleaning, maintenance tasks, pest control, waste management, and event support processes during the hours of 3:30 pm - 12:30 am. |
