Associate Athletics Director for Development Malibu Campus
The Associate Athletics Director for Development serves a vital role within Pepperdine Waves Athletics overseeing Athletics Advancement efforts, leading the Athletics Advancement team, and serving as the primary major gift officer for Athletics Advancement. The individual will be responsible for executing on the Athletics Advancement strategic plan in collaboration with the Athletics and broader Advancement team, as well as other key staff and coaches in the athletics department This individual is responsible for securing transformative philanthropic investments ranging from $100K to $1M+ and overseeing annual fundraising efforts, both in support of the Athletics Director’s key fundraising priorities. Through strategic vision and leadership, the Associate Athletics Director for Development will elevate the department’s fundraising efforts, fostering meaningful donor partnerships that enhance the student-athlete experience. Vice Chancellor, Parent and Family Development Malibu Campus
The Vice Chancellor for Parent and Family Development is responsible for building prospect and donor relationships, raising financial support, and increasing the donor base within Pepperdine’s parent and family network. This position focuses primarily on major and principal gift donors with capacity to make gifts of $25K to $5M. The Vice Chancellor will identify and cultivate Pepperdine University's current parents, develop relationships that lead to generosity, and manage the involvement of other administrators, faculty, alumni, and volunteers in the process. The success of our mission to strengthen lives for purpose, service, and leadership depends largely on strong financial support from donors who enable us to provide the facilities, programs, faculty, and opportunities necessary to provide stellar, mission-driven programs for our students.

The Office of the Provost and Vice Provost are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to provide comprehensive support to the Provost and Vice Provost and serve as a backup to their Executive Assistants and Office Manager. Financial Aid Manager, Online Programs Malibu Campus
The purpose of this position is to serve, educate, and assist Pepperdine University, Caruso School of Law’s Graduate Law online program students with achieving their educational goals by providing appropriate financial resources within institutional, federal, and state guidelines. This includes, but is not limited to, loans, grants, scholarships, and external funding for those who qualify. The Financial Aid Manager navigates multiple complex systems that require critical thinking, provides personal and financial counseling, makes professional judgment decisions for students in unique situations, and analyzes and interprets institutional, federal, and state laws/regulations to maintain program compliance and distribute funds properly.
Campus Logistics Specialist Malibu Campus
The Campus Logistics Specialist provides support and assistance to the manager of campus logistics and business services administration department. Bringing excellence to all aspects of work and providing exceptional service, this position works directly with multiple departments, including Campus Logistics, Chief Operating Officer’s office, Department of Public Safety, Planning, Operations, and Construction, University Events, and all six schools of the University. The Campus Logistics Specialist ensures a seamless and professional environment conducive to world-class service and high achievement. Serving as the first point of contact for colleagues and guests, as well as communicating on behalf of the division and University, this position employs hospitality, organization, and efficiency. This position is proactive and responsible for the timely administration of routine processes, as well as the overall function of the dynamic office environment.
