The Front Office Administrative Assistant is a skilled administrator with responsibility in supporting the functioning of the front office. This position works alongside ten to twelve non-exempt staff, including medical assistants, nurses, administrative staff, and student workers, with adherence to clinic policies, human resources policy and procedure, and HIPAA standards. The Front Office Administrative Assistant participates in confidential interactions and record-keeping necessary for the successful functioning of an outpatient medical clinic.

The Instructional Designer will also provide technology training and technology-enhanced support for CHS programs and activities. This experienced SEO Manager will be responsible for optimizing University digital marketing channels to maximize their true search engine optimization (SEO) potential. We are looking for a hands-on professional with excellent problem solving and analytical skills that has knowledge of various SEO reporting & analytical platforms to support our Web development and Marketing teams in the Integrated Marketing Communications (IMC) group. The applicant will possess a clear understanding of web search and how to properly leverage these components in the SEO strategy and address measurement and reporting of all web traffic from a dozen subdomains and across various PPC accounts.
