The Director of Financial Assistance provides strategic leadership in developing and assessing processes for efficiency, accuracy, and equity while ensuring proper stewardship and compliance with all university regulations. This role includes direct supervision of the Financial Assistance staff, focusing on their optimization and guaranteeing exceptional customer service for everyone who contacts the department. The Director is responsible for the administration and management of student financial assistance programs at the Caruso School of Law. This includes overseeing federal, state, and institutional aid programs, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and delivering timely funding and outstanding service to the law student population. |

This person promotes mental health on the Pepperdine University campus through direct intervention, outreach/prevention programming, consultation, and training. This particular position provides mental health services to currently enrolled Pepperdine students. As a staff member in Student Affairs who works closely with students, this person serves as a Christian role model to students. The Judge Danny Weinstein Managing Director of the Straus Institute for Dispute Resolution will be responsible for advancing the Pepperdine University Caruso School of Law’s commitment to academic excellence and the Christian faith through strategic planning, program development, staff leadership, and operational oversight of the Straus Institute, which promotes justice and dispute resolution through academic and professional training programs in mediation, arbitration, conflict resolution, and related fields. |

The email marketing manager leads the enterprise management of key communications initiatives including email marketing, internal communications, and marketing automation. The email marketing manager is also responsible for the development and execution of email marketing campaigns and event promotions with duties including system administration, user training, email optimization, and campaign reporting. This position reports to the Senior CRM/Marketing Automation Manager.
Integrated Marketing Communications is directly tasked with supporting the University's mission and strategic plan by building brand equity, elevating the University's national reputation, providing strong and consistent institutional message leadership, and implementing effective integrated marketing and communication strategies.The email marketing manager fulfills a central role in helping the department accomplish its goals. |
