| The Vice Chancellor for Development at Pepperdine’s Graziadio Business School is responsible for building prospect and donor relationships, raising financial support, and increasing the donor base for the Pepperdine Graziadio Business School (PGBS). This position focuses primarily on major and principal gift donors with a capacity to make gifts of $100K to $5M. The Vice Chancellor will also partner with the alumni engagement team at the business school to strengthen relationships with alumni that lead to generosity. The success of our mission to strengthen lives for purpose, service, and leadership depends largely on strong financial support from donors who enable us to provide the facilities, programs, faculty, and opportunities necessary to provide stellar, mission-driven programs for our students. This position also helps to build enduring alumni loyalty in keeping with the University's strategic plan. |

| The Executive Director, Advancement Administration is responsible for leading the administrative and operational teams within Advancement, including the Center for the Arts, Donor Engagement, and University Events. This role ensures the timely and successful execution of strategic priorities while effectively representing the Office of the Vice President for Advancement and Pepperdine University.
The Executive Director works closely with the Vice President for Advancement to communicate and implement strategies across the division. They independently drive key business outcomes, foster a culture aligned with the University's values, and implement best practices across various processes. Reporting directly to the Vice President for Advancement, this position plays a critical role in advancing the Vice President’s strategic vision and leadership. |

| The Program Manager exists primarily to provide administrative, programmatic, and clerical support to the Director and Associate Director of Student Convocation in delivering the Chapel program at Pepperdine University. This includes planning and organizing the Core Chapels, overseeing the Connection Chapels, coordinating efforts with RISE and other campus partners, and providing spiritual leadership for the first and second year students.
This person serves as a Christian role model and is an active member of a local church.
