Vice Chancellor, Pepperdine Graziadio Business School Malibu Campus
The Vice Chancellor for Development at Pepperdine’s Graziadio Business School is responsible for building prospect and donor relationships, raising financial support, and increasing the donor base for the Pepperdine Graziadio Business School (PGBS). This position focuses primarily on major and principal gift donors with a capacity to make gifts of $100K to $5M. The Vice Chancellor will also partner with the alumni engagement team at the business school to strengthen relationships with alumni that lead to generosity. The success of our mission to strengthen lives for purpose, service, and leadership depends largely on strong financial support from donors who enable us to provide the facilities, programs, faculty, and opportunities necessary to provide stellar, mission-driven programs for our students. This position also helps to build enduring alumni loyalty in keeping with the University's strategic plan.
Executive Director, Advancement Administration Malibu Campus
The Executive Director, Advancement Administration is responsible for leading the administrative and operational teams within Advancement, including the Center for the Arts, Donor Engagement, and University Events. This role ensures the timely and successful execution of strategic priorities while effectively representing the Office of the Vice President for Advancement and Pepperdine University. The Executive Director works closely with the Vice President for Advancement to communicate and implement strategies across the division. They independently drive key business outcomes, foster a culture aligned with the University's values, and implement best practices across various processes. Reporting directly to the Vice President for Advancement, this position plays a critical role in advancing the Vice President’s strategic vision and leadership.
Program Manager Malibu Campus
The Program Manager exists primarily to provide administrative, programmatic, and clerical support to the Director and Associate Director of Student Convocation in delivering the Chapel program at Pepperdine University. This includes planning and organizing the Core Chapels, overseeing the Connection Chapels, coordinating efforts with RISE and other campus partners, and providing spiritual leadership for the first and second year students. This person serves as a Christian role model and is an active member of a local church. The ideal start date for this position would be mid June - July 2025.
Temporary Front Desk Agent, Villa Graziadio Malibu Campus
The Temporary Front Desk Agent at Villa Graziadio will play a key role in providing exceptional customer service and creating a welcoming environment for guests at the Villa Graziadio Executive Center. As the first point of contact, the Front Desk staff will assist with check-ins, manage guest inquiries, and provide administrative support to ensure smooth operations of the facility. Email Marketing Manager Hybrid, Calabasas Campus
The email marketing manager leads the enterprise management of key communications initiatives including email marketing, internal communications, and marketing automation. The email marketing manager is also responsible for the development and execution of email marketing campaigns and event promotions with duties including system administration, user training, email optimization, and campaign reporting. The Associate Director serves as lead Financial Aid administrator, processor, and counselor for students regarding all Graduate School of Education and Psychology (GSEP) and Pepperdine Graziadio Business School (PGBS) financial aid programs. The Associate Director of Financial Aid works with the Financial Aid Advisors, Program Administrators, members of Student Accounts, members of the Enrollment Services Team, University Office of Financial Assistance, and members of University Enterprise Information Systems to provide administrative and planning support and leadership for the GSEP and PGBS Financial Aid Office.
