Manager, Assessment Calabasas Campus
The Manager of Assessment supports the Office of Institutional Effectiveness (OIE) by assisting with assessment activities for program outcome improvements and institutional compliance with the WASC—Senior College and University Commission (WSCUC) requirements and standards. The incumbent will assist faculty with assessing student learning pertaining to program learning outcomes, general education, and core competency, as well as institutional learning outcome. In addition, the incumbent will support faculty in their use of an assessment management system for data collection and reporting. This position reports to the assistant director of assessment and works closely with the associate director of special projects.
Administrative Assistant, School of Speech Language Pathology Calabasas Campus
The Administrative Assistant for the School of Speech Language Pathology (SLP) will provide administrative support to the dean, associate dean, and faculty while also supporting the administrative needs of the school and its academic programs. In turn, the school will advance the University’s mission and strategic plan by developing skilled healthcare professionals who seek to lead while serving our communities and the world. Controller Calabasas Campus

Reporting to the chief financial officer (CFO), the Controller is responsible for day-to-day finance operations and supervises a team of 40 staff members, including functional responsibility over accounting, accounts payable, accounts receivable, cashier, collections, credit cards, finance systems, payroll, purchasing, construction finance, and tax. The Controller ensures Pepperdine University has the internal controls, systems, and procedures in place to safeguard assets, produce accurate and timely financial reporting, and support exceptional customer service. S/he will be the resident GAAP expert, with deep and current experience in financial reporting and fund accounting. In addition, the Controller will partner with the CFO to mentor and promote the professional development of all members of the Finance team.
Custodian 1 Malibu Campus
Under direction of the Supervisor, Custodial Services for the Department of Facilities Services (DFS), and in collaboration with your colleagues, perform physical labor for a wide variety of custodial and maintenance duties in order to provide a clean, orderly, and safe environment. Collaborate with DFS and other University departments to initiate and deliver high quality custodial services in a timely manner.
Student Organizations Coordinator Malibu Campus
The Student Organizations Coordinator is responsible for ensuring high-quality on-campus programming, fostering student leadership, and promoting risk management through oversight of the Inter-Club Council (ICC) and its affiliated organizations. This role also provides financial accountability and stewardship of student fees by managing a portion of the "Campus Life Fee." As a member of the Student Affairs team who works closely with students, the coordinator is expected to serve as a Christian role model, supporting the mission and values of the University.

The School of Speech-Language Pathology at Pepperdine University seeks a candidate for Associate Dean of the School of Speech-Language Pathology for its developing online graduate program - the Master of Science in Speech Language Pathology. The Associate Dean of the School of Speech-Language Pathology collaborates with the Program Director to administer the program, particularly in coordinating the admissions process with the Dean of Enrollment, ensuring course quality, managing the students' onsite immersive learning experiences, and coordinating with college personnel on student affairs. The successful candidate will have an earned terminal degree (academic or clinical doctorate), earned CCC-SLP, 3+ years' experience working with SLP academic programs, strong administrative skill set, and demonstrated commitment to student success. Preferred qualifications include an established research agenda or plan (including but not limited to previous publications, grant funding, and/or presentations at conferences), and experience with online teaching, admissions processes, and student mentorship.
