Sport Psychologist, Coordinator of Athletics Counseling Services Malibu Campus
The Counseling Center at Pepperdine University promotes mental health on the Pepperdine campus through direct intervention, outreach/prevention programming, consultation, and training. The Pepperdine University Department of Athletics is committed to Christian values, to the academic well-being of student athletes, and to competing for championships. The sport psychologist will provide services for Counseling Center clients and coordinate services for our student-athletes, including counseling, outreach, and consultation. As part of their responsibilities, they will provide clinical supervision for a fellow in the Counseling Center's Post-Doctoral fellowship program. As a staff member in Student Affairs who works closely with students, this person serves as a Christian role model to students. Supervisor, Custodial Services Malibu Campus
Under the direction of the Manager of Custodial Services in the Department of Facilities Services (DFS), supervises all aspects of the Custodial Services division to ensure an efficiently functioning, safe, and clean environment in which the University can live, learn, and work. Supervises Custodial Services personnel and oversees relevant cleaning, maintenance tasks, pest control, waste management, and event support processes during the hours of 3:30 pm - 12:30 am.
Adjunct Faculty Pool, School of Speech-Language Pathology Hybrid, Calabasas Campus
Pepperdine University School of Speech-Language Pathology is seeking appointments for Adjunct Instructor for its developing online graduate program - the Master of Science in Speech Language Pathology. The Master's in Speech Language Pathology plans to enroll its first cohort of students in Fall 2025 (pending accreditation). Adjunct Instructor applications will be accepted and reviewed on a rolling basis depending on curriculum needs each term. The number of Adjunct Instructors hired for each term will vary depending upon enrollment and program needs. The School of SLP welcomes applications from candidates who support Pepperdine’s mission and is particularly interested in receiving applications from candidates who may bring greater racial, ethnic, and gender diversity to the adjunct faculty to reflect the breadth and diversity of the healthcare community in the Los Angeles area. Landscaper 2 Malibu Campus
Under the general supervision of the Manager of Landscape and Irrigation Services within the Department of Facilities Services (DFS), and in collaboration with team members, this position plays a key role in maintaining the University’s grounds. Responsibilities include performing a wide range of advanced landscaping tasks such as mowing, trimming, cutting, blowing, watering, power washing, planting, and maintaining ornamental trees, shrubs, flowers, lawns, and hardscapes. Additional duties include essential groundskeeping activities like litter and trash removal to ensure a clean and welcoming environment. The Landscaper 2 position requires exceptional landscaping expertise, encompassing a thorough understanding of design principles, plant selection, soil science, and water management to uphold the highest standards of landscape aesthetics and functionality.
Faculty and Student Support Coordinator Malibu Campus
Under the direction of the Associate Director of the Straus Degree Programs, this position manages and supports the 85+ academic law school classes that are administered through the Straus Institute each year and the faculty who teach those classes. These classes are held over 4 different terms and utilize faculty who often are commuting to teach in intensive formats from other parts of the country and around the world. This person ensures that faculty and students are given the highest level of support. This person helps faculty with all of their class related needs including book orders, syllabi, posting of class materials, copies of exercises, managing assignments, and that feedback is available for students. Since many of Straus courses are offered in the evenings and/or on weekends, this person also makes sure that faculty have support after regular business hours. This position helps faculty with travel arrangements when needed. Students rely on this person for assistance accessing class materials on Courses (and occasionally instructions on how to use other platforms), help with submitting final assignments and managing extension requests.
Senior Lead Systems and Database Administrator Remote
The Senior Lead Systems and Database Administrator collaborates with the Chief Systems Administrator in the architectural development of the PeopleSoft application. They maintain and troubleshoot the multi-tier architecture of the PeopleSoft application as well as Oracle database systems. Additionally, they provide essential support for the University's mission-critical applications.

The Automotive Mechanic will perform major and minor tune-ups; replace brake shoes and pads; perform routine lubrications; keep repair records on all fleet vehicles; rebuild carburetors; perform other related duties as assigned.
Donor Relations Specialist Malibu Campus
The Specialist, Donor Relations provides strategic, well-written, and creative, communications to support fundraising and stewardship efforts for Pepperdine University and its advancement staff. This role will carry out research and fact-checking assignments to ensure communications for print and digital resources are accurate, reflect the University’s strategic priorities, align with our University marketing brand experience, and support the mission of Pepperdine and the students we serve. Communications to include fundraising brochures on a variety of initiatives across all five schools, event invitations, and stewardship pieces, representing the University’s highest standards.
Landscaper Malibu Campus
Under general supervision of the Manager, Landscape and Irrigation Services for the Department of Facilities Services (“DFS”), and in collaboration with your colleagues, assist in maintaining University by completing assigned landscape maintenance such as planting shrubs, flowers and trees, mowing, trimming small trees, hedges and shrubs, removing dead or unwanted trees, hand watering gardens and lawns, groundskeeping activities such as litter, trash removal and outdoor furniture cleaning.
Director of Regional Development, Pacific Northwest Region Remote
The primary purpose of this position is to build prospect and donor relationships, raise financial support, and increase the donor base for Pepperdine University in the Pacific Northwest region of the U.S. The position focuses primarily on major and principal gift prospects with a capacity to make gifts of $25,000 to $1,000,000+, with primary emphasis on identifying, cultivating, soliciting, and stewarding donors to the University and building stronger alumni engagement and leadership within the Pacific Northwestern region of the United States. The success of our mission to strengthen lives for purpose, service, and leadership depends in large part on strong financial support from donors who enable us to provide the facilities, programs, faculty, and opportunities necessary to provide stellar, mission-driven programs for our students. This position is expected to reside in and work from Idaho, Oregon, or Washington State.
