| The Executive Assistant is responsible for the day-to-day administrative operations of the office of the Senior Vice President and Chief Operating Officer (COO). Pepperdine University is a Christian university committed to the highest standards of excellence and integrity. The executive assistant will primarily provide support to the CBO, but also support the office of the Executive Vice President, and all operational areas. Working with the administrative team and supporting other staff - supporting the front desk by providing coverage on an as-needed basis, contributing as needed, to the overall smooth functioning of the office. This position will have exposure to the highest levels of University leadership and a platform for professional development. This position performs other duties as assigned and reports to the Executive Director of Business Services Administration. |

| The Admission Counselor assists in all aspects of recruitment/admissions for the College of Health Science (CHS) academic programs. This includes prospect outreach, application gathering, coaching and review, conducting information sessions, representing CHS at college fairs, conferences, campus programs, or any virtual recruiting events. The Admissions counselor will use Slate and SalesForce to manage and track admissions data. It will also include recruitment efforts focused on transfer students and related matters. |
