| Under the direction of the Associate Director for the Department of Facilities Services (DFS), provide project management services for a broad range of projects including construction, Renewal and Replacement (R&R), refurbishment, repair, and minor remodels of University properties. Management duties include planning from feasibility through design, construction, and project closeout. Closely collaborate with your colleagues in the DFS, Department of Design and Construction (DDC), Planning, Operations, and Construction (POC), and other University departments to initiate and deliver projects of high aesthetic and functional quality, on budget and on schedule. |

| Under direction of the Manager, Maintenance Services for the Department of Facilities Services (DFS), and in collaboration with your colleagues, provide maintenance services to support University operations, including painting, carpentry, roofing, masonry, cabinetry, drywall, windows and coverings, and flooring. Complete repairs and renovation work utilizing plans, specifications, and verbal instructions. Collaborate with DFS and other University departments to initiate and deliver professional, quality results in a timely manner. |

| The Lead Technician oversees and helps to maintain the University’s cable plant, telephone system, voicemail system, data network service, IT billing system, and other services. This position's primary role is the maintenance and support of the University's physical network infrastructure. |

| The Event Manager for Student Engagement maintains and facilitates large-scale, campus-wide traditions and events that contribute to the vibrant and engaged Pepperdine community. This position is responsible for the strategic planning, implementation, and seamless logistics of Student Activities weekend and weeknight events. These events help foster a lively and thriving campus culture where students look forward to and participate in, and eventually become loyal alumni through the efforts of this staff member. As a staff member in Student Affairs who works closely with students, this position serves as a Christian role model and promotes a biblical worldview to students. |

Associate Director, Institute for Diplomacy, Security and Innovation

| The Associate Director serves as the senior operational and strategic partner to the Institute Director, supporting the growth, external partnerships, and overall visibility of the Institute across Washington and beyond. This role provides leadership in program development, stakeholder engagement, and institutional strategy, with a focus on expanding the Institute’s reach, strengthening relationships with government, industry, and academic partners, and increasing philanthropic support. In all aspects of its work, the position advances the Institute’s mission in alignment with Pepperdine University’s Christian values, contributing to an environment that emphasizes purpose-driven leadership, service, integrity, and the pursuit of meaningful impact. The Associate Director helps translate the Institute’s vision into actionable initiatives that support its mission and long-term sustainability. |
