| The Junior Systems Analyst ensures the integrity and accuracy of financial data while optimizing the performance of the department’s technical ecosystem. This role bridges the gap between financial operations—including Accounts Payable (AP), Purchasing, and General Ledger (GL)—and modern information systems. This position involves processing a high volume of OCR (Optical Character Recognition) imaging to sophisticated archival and secure retrieval protocols. By leveraging business intelligence and systems research, this role drives the digital transformation of Finance documentation. Overseeing the imaging, archival, and secure retrieval processes to ensure efficient organization and rapid access to critical records.
The Analyst evaluates technical issues to troubleshoot and resolve problems and serves as a liaison for Finance end users by providing timely analysis and support for both technical and procedural issues. A key function of the role is to drive continuous improvement by researching system solutions, administering Finance subsystems (e.g., OpenInvoice), and implementing changes through updated documentation and staff training. |

This position’s responsibilities are dedicated to supporting OneStop and Records administrative functions, ensuring consistent processing, data integrity, and compliance with University policies. This position also supports the broader Registrar operational needs, providing flexibility during peak academic cycles and supporting continuity of essential academic administration processes. Day-to-day priorities may shift based on operational needs, peak cycles, and service demands. |

| Pepperdine University's Head Coach is responsible for administering all aspects of the Swimming and Diving program and assumes the leadership role in the sport, providing the expertise required to make an effective and functioning team. The Head Coach must effectively plan, organize, administer, teach, control, and coordinate a successful program as well as manage all supporting staff, including associate head coaches, assistant coaches, and director of operations (where applicable). The Head Coach will be an active participant in fundraising efforts to help finance team travel, training, and facilities, and is responsible for recruiting and player development consistent with program objectives. | Reporting to the Dean, the Executive Director, Enrollment Management, will serve in a key leadership capacity to engage enrollment partners and harness organizational capabilities to meet and exceed student enrollment goals for the Pepperdine Graziadio Business School (PGBS). In partnership with the dean, the incumbent will work in concert with key stakeholders to develop and deploy high-impact strategies for demand generation, strengthening down-funnel conversion, and producing successful enrollment outcomes for the varied and robust portfolio of degree programs offered by PGBS. The position will also play a critical role in ensuring that all enrollment initiatives are closely aligned with the core commitments of academic excellence, transformational learning, and ethical leadership articulated in the Pepperdine Graziadio mission. |
