| Under the general supervision of the Director of Administration for Planning, Operations, and Construction (POC), the Office Manager oversees and manages the department’s administrative, financial, and process-related functions. This position is responsible for office upkeep, implementing office policies, coordinating meetings, supporting onboarding, and providing administrative support related to project delivery. The Office Manager supports department leadership, ensures effective office operations, and contributes to the successful planning, execution, and reporting of departmental and University initiatives while upholding University mission, values, and standards. |

| By facilitating services and care for students with disabilities, this position serves the University's commitment to high standards of academic excellence by working to provide accommodations for students with disabilities, while maintaining the integrity and standards of academic programs. The support provided is essential to the work of the Office of Student Accessibility by managing sign language interpreting, captioning, assistive technology, and notetaking for students with disabilities. The work of this position contributes to the University's efforts to build a community devoted to treating every person with respect and compassion with notable inclusion for disabled students. |

Accessibility Specialist

| The Accessibility Specialist works with administrators, faculty, and staff across the all schools of the University to ensure access to classes, programs, and facilities for students with disabilities. Specifically, this position interacts with students as a compassionate listener as they apply for disability accommodations, reviewing medical documentation and helping to determine reasonable accommodations. |
