Post-Award Grant’s Specialist New York
The Senior Post-Award Grant Specialist will provide timely, high-quality, and coordinated research post-grant award administrative services to TC faculty in the assigned department(s) for both the Math Science Technology (MST) and Human Development (HD). The person will manage a diverse portfolio that includes federal research grants, contracts, and foundation grants. This position reports both to the Director of Sponsored Programs and daily operational supervisor, the Post Award Grants Manager Responsibilities will include processing financial and accounting transactions; assuring sound fiscal oversight and financial compliance; serving as representative/liaison between faculty/researchers, department administrators, and sponsors; providing direct support and guidance to faculty in the financial administration of grants and contracts; creating detailed monthly financial reports for analysis and projection of expenditures.
System Administrator New York

This position is responsible for performing system, application, and database administration with duties including architecture design, implementation, support, and maintenance, with a focus on security, performance, high-availability, and disaster recovery. Assistant Director for Recruitment and External Relations-New Orleans (SPA-NOLA) New Orleans
The Summer Principals Academy-New Orleans (SPA-NOLA) is seeking an Assistant Director for Recruitment and External Relations. As part of the SPA-NOLA Program, the AD is responsible for the overall integrity and administrative management of the program implementation. This entails continuous communication with the Director of the SPA-NOLA Program; involvement in all aspects of the program including admissions, marketing and promotion, recruitment, program management, financial oversight, alumni relationships and programming, adjunct faculty support; assisting Director with budget development and management, and external fundraising. In addition, the Assistant Director will be responsible for designing and delivering high caliber professional development sessions for district and building leaders nationally and internationally; publishing simulated case studies, research articles, and conference presentations; leveraging personal and professional school district and building leader networks for SPA-NOLA strategic partnerships and recruitment; supervising graduate student researchers, SPA-NOLA partners and consulting facilitators of SPA-NOLA programming; manage information/database and budget; coordinate programs, recruitment, and reporting; strategic planning & Advisory Board management; and support research, case design, multimedia simulation platform. The position serves as a key resource to faculty, staff, prospective and current students, and to external agencies and constituents. This position reports to the SPA-NOLA Director.
