You will be involved in enhancing productivity and efficiency of the service delivery chain to meet corporate and PSD standards.  You are required to drive new business solutions, streamline work processes and guidelines while working closely with internal divisions and external agencies to improve feedback processes, systems or operations to meet service excellence standards amidst other responsibilities that will be assigned on an ad hoc basis.  You should also enjoy working with data and draw useful insights from various feedback channels.
• Tertiary Qualification in any discipline with at least 2 years of relevant experience
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills required
• Proactive, motivated and enthusiastic team player with good time management
• Systematic and organized; able to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
• Flexible, open to new ideas and able to implement solutions effectively
• Experienced in putting up management/budget papers or reports
• Customer service-oriented and analytical individual with strong desire to constantly learn and make improvements
• Advanced proficiency in MS excel with attention to details
• Knowledge of chatbot applications (e.g. AskJamie) and Customer Relationship Management Systems (CRMS) preferred
• Those without experience are also welcome to apply
• Candidates with very good relevant experience may be considered for more senior positions
