You will identify workforce requirements (i.e. right-sizing, right capabilities and skills) to meet LTA’s current and long term business objectives, and work closely with various HR teams on strategies to meet workforce requirements, especially with a view to build Engineering capabilities. You need to understand the interplay between business strategy, business operating model, organizational design, technology, process re-engineering and the workforce. This position requires skills in gaps analyses, knowledge in organizational design, and a propensity towards systems thinking.

Requirements:
• Tertiary qualification in any discipline, preferably with experience in strategy/HR/corporate planning/analytics
• At least 5 years of relevant working experience
• Demonstrated skills in numbers and trend analysis, critical thinking and systems thinking
• Independent, able to work in a team and highly self motivated
