Role:

You will be part of a dynamic Human Resources & Organization Development team that formulates and implements people initiatives to support business strategies and maximize the potential of our employees. This specific opening is for the Learning and Organization Development team, where you will be designing and implementing a variety of individual, team and organisational level interventions to support EDB’s mission and strategies. You will have the opportunity to be exposed to multiple parts of EDB and be trained in skill sets such as facilitation, content/event production, team development, learning design and change management etc.

 

Your roles and responsibilities will be to:

  • Develop and implement organization wide initiatives and events to drive organization effectiveness and health
  • Manage and curate content for internal events and communications platforms to drive employee engagement and alignment to EDB’s mission and strategies
  • Support EDB teams in building a high performance and learning culture by designing and facilitating various team interventions
  • Collaborate with WOG partners to drive a culture of collaboration across the public sector
  • Assess the learning & development needs in the organisation based on existing and future business strategies
  • Support the design and delivery of learning & development interventions for different target audience within the organisation, to ensure that employees are well-enabled to meet business outcomes

 

To meet the challenges of this role, you must have/be:

  • At least 2 years of experience in Learning & Development and/or Organisation Development, or a related role
  • Strong ability to analyse organization strategies and align interventions to support desired business outcomes
  • Any past experience or interest in content production and/or instructional / curriculum design especially non-traditional classroom curriculum (e.g., e-learning, blended learning) would be advantageous
  • Strong communication skills and confidence in facilitation/training
  • Strong ability to work collaboratively and foster partnerships with internal and external stakeholders
  • Singaporean
